Zaydoon Jawadi is the CEO of CoAssure. Zaydoon brings over 20 years of high-technology engineering and management experience. Prior to CoAssure, he founded Can Do, Inc., an Internet company, where he served as CEO, Chairman, and CFO, raising $17 million from US Venture Partners, Venrock, and other venture capital firms. As General Manager of the Networking Business Unit at Xyratex International, a data-storage and networking company, which used to be an IBM division, he released the Gigabit Ethernet protocol analyzer product line, being distributed by Network Associates under the Sniffer brand. Before Xyratex, Zaydoon founded and was CEO of Zadian Technologies, which became the leading supplier of data storage interface test and manufacturing systems, where he built the company from scratch to tens of millions of dollars in revenues, supplying mission-critical products to global companies, such as Fujitsu, Seagate, and Quantum; Zadian was acquired by Xyratex in 1996. Earlier in his career, he managed a technology professional services firm, serving Fortune-500 companies, and worked in engineering and engineering management in the computer and telecommunications industries. Zaydoon holds an MS degree in Computer Science from Columbia University, NY, and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program for Growing Companies.
