The objective of the Dialog Traversal (Call Flow) Validation is to verify menu selections,
system behavior, and functionality in response to expected and unexpected user interactions.
Each state, along with its active vocabulary and all possible transitions are exercised and
tested, as pre-recorded messages are played and prompts are verified. Valid uses as well as
error and exception conditions are emulated, including:
- All valid speech inputs
- All valid DTMF inputs
- Global speech commands, if any, such as: Repeat, Operator/DTMF 0, Goodbye
- Out-of-grammar speech
- Out-of-grammar DTMF
- Maximum out-of-grammar retries
- Silence
- Maximum silence retries
- With and without barge-in, with accurate timing
Response delays are measured, errors are tagged, and results are logged.
Multiple test report formats are available, from high-level summaries down to step-by-step,
prompt-by-prompt logs, along with the ability to listen to call recordings.
With this service, you can answer questions such as:
- Does my application work as expected?
- Does each menu selection function properly?
- How does the application respond to user error and unexpected replies?
- When the application's design changes, will the application still function as before?
- How is the application affected by an infrastructure change?
