CoAssure's test process is as follows:

The client provides to CoAssure the application specification; test data, if needed;
and telephone number.

CoAssure uses its technology and process to generate and execute test cases to provide
complete coverage of the application. While testing is conducted, measurements are saved
in a relational database, along with a log and recording for each call. When testing is
done, test results are posted online and the client is notified.

The client log in to their Web account to view test reports, listen to call recordings,
and analyze discrepancies.
